Toia is a Certified Christian Coach through the Christian Coach Institute as well as a Licensed Pastoral Counselor and Christian Counselor through the National Association of Christian Counselors and the American Association of Christian Counselors. In addition to that, she holds a doctorate in ministry, multiple master's level degrees, including an MS in Human Services Counseling, an MS in Management, an MS in Business Intelligence, and a BS in Psychology.
